Refund and Returns Policy for After Landing Services Inc.

Requesting a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support within 30 days of the service completion date. Refunds will be processed based on the nature of the service provided and the reason for the refund request.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered if the services provided did not meet the agreed-upon terms or were not delivered as expected. Any costs incurred by After Landing Services Inc. on behalf of the client, such as third-party services, will be deducted from the refund amount. These costs are non-refundable.

Processing the Refund

Approved refund requests will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Non-Refundable Fees

A percentage of the service fee will be non-refundable to cover the expenses already incurred by After Landing Services Inc. on behalf of the client. This ensures that the company can recover costs associated with providing the service.

Policy Changes

After Landing Services Inc. reserves the right to update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy. However, if a contract was signed under a previous refund policy, the terms of that policy will remain in effect for the duration of the contract.
